Wanted: 2BR+ Apt. in Sunny House with Character

Hello Future Land Ladies & Lords- We are three mature women, two are a married couple (ages 35 and 41) and myself (age 56). We are looking for the quiet that Prospect Park South and Ditmas Park provide. I am a documentary filmmaker (with an Emmy and a Peabody), with commercial work. One of my roommates is a filmmaker and the other a working artist; both support themselves with their work as well as by working in restaurants, hostessing, etc. We have been in Park Slope at 12th St and 4th Ave for 2 years paying $2500+/monthly, always on time. We could put you in touch with our landlord. There is a large building going up inches from our three side windows that will block out all our light. Argh! Between the three of us, we can manage the standard 40 times the monthly rent. We can provide you with pay stubs, etc. We live on a top floor walk-up now and love the light and quiet. (But the construction noise is awful, which is partly why we'd like to live in a historic district!)
