Incumbent Democratic Assemblywoman Earlene Hooper once again defeated challenger Cornelius Todd Smith to hold her seat.
Hooper, the deputy speaker of the Assembly, has represented her district since 1988.
With all 94 precincts reporting, Hooper was easily defeated Smith 34,892 to 4,635.
