Sen. Brooks Holding Golden Gathering Health Fair
The program offers free vaccinations and health information for seniors.
Senator John Brooks will be holding his 2017 Golden Gathering Health Fair for senior citizens this month. Among the services and resources offered are free flu vaccinations, free senior ID program and free blood pressure and health screenings, as well as entertainment and refreshments.
Brooks will host two separate Golden Gathering Health Fairs this year – one in Nassau County on Thursday, Oct. 19 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Freeport Recreation Center, located at 130 East Merrick Road, Freeport, NY 11520, and another in Suffolk County on Monday, Oct. 23, at the Helen Butler Hall at Dominican Village in Amityville.
