A Fair of Fine Craft

Fine craft artists working in precious metals, silk, clay, handmade papers, glass and more will have their work for sale at a special one-day fair at the Ethical Humanist Society in Garden City Saturday, Nov. 16, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Unique glass vases, silk scarves, ceramic platters and silver jewelry with semi-precious stones are some of the pieces available, with prices ranging from $5 to $500. Garden City resident Pamela Hanna will be exhibiting.

Admission is free.

The Ethical Humanist Society will hold a fundraising snack sale during the fair. For directions to the Society, at 38 Old Country Road in Garden City, visit www.ehsli.org or call the Long Island Craft Guild at 350-8984.
