Police say the person suffered a cut during an altercation around 4 p.m. Friday.
GARDEN CITY, NY — One person was hurt during a Black Friday altercation at the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, police said.
Police were called to the mall around 4 p.m. Friday, police told Patch. One person suffered a cut during the altercation, but police do not yet know what caused the wound.
Video posted on social media showed three police SUVs and a police ambulance with lights activated outside the mall. The mall was not evacuated, contrary to social media reports, police said.

Further details weren't immediately released. News 12 reported that the victim was taken to a hospital in unknown condition.
