Be A Part Of The Long Island Children's Museum's New Exhibit

The museum is celebrating its 25th anniversary, and is looking to the public to help it create a unique exhibit.

This year, the Long Island Children's Museum is celebrating its 25th anniversary. And the museum is turning to its fans across Long Island to help it celebrate.

The Children's Museum is asking patrons to share some photos they've taken at the museum throughout the years. It's looking for pictures from the 1990s, the 2000s and today. The photos that are submitted may end up in a special exhibit the museum is planning to celebrate its anniversary.

“We are very interested in trying to have representation from our earliest visitors, who would be in their late 20s to early 30s to the toddlers and school-age children visiting us now,” Maureen Mangan, a spokeswoman for the museum, told Newsday.
