Cradle-Con Returns To Cradle Of Aviation Next Weekend

Cradle-Con, the Cradle of Aviation's own convention, returns on June 1 for a fun-filled weekend for Long Islanders.

The con, the Cradle of Aviation's non-profit comic and collectible convention, will feature artists, cosplayers, panels and vendors celebrating Long Island's nerd culture. There will be Star Wars, Avengers, Funkos, Marvel, DC, Doctor Who and more.

The con will be held on Saturday, June 1 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, June 2 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Advance tickets, which are on sale now, are $20 for adults and $10 for kids ages 2 to 12. Weekend passes are $30. Tickets at the door are $25 for adults and $12 for kids. Parking is free.

Special guests include comic book artists Edgardo Miranda-Rodriguez, John Snyder III, Pat Shand and Jay Stuart. Activities include Jedi Training, Star Wars and Avenger cosplayers, Retro Video Game Lounge, costume contests and more.
