INN Holding Contactless Food/Toy/Clothing Drive On Saturday
You can donate many critical goods to help out the neediest residents of Long Island.
HEMPSTEAD, NY — If you're looking for a way to give back this holiday season, the Mary Brennan INN soup kitchen is holding a food, clothing and toy drive this Saturday.
The INN, located at 100 Madison Ave. in Hempstead, is a non-profit organization that offers services and food to those facing hunger and homelessness on Long Island.
The food, clothing and toy drive will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at the Hempstead location of the INN. It is a no-contact, curbside drive. Donors will place goods on a table outside, where they will then be collected by volunteers after the donors leave.
