Long Island Man Charged In May Murder: Police
Police say Ryan Hamilton shot and killed Trendabi Reid on the street in May.
HEMPSTEAD, NY — A Hempstead man was arrested on Wednesday in connection with the murder of a Uniondale man that occurred in the village in May, Nassay County police said.
According to police, the first murder occurred at 5:40 p.m. on May 7. Police found Trendabi Reid, 25, of Uniondale, dead from a gunshot wound on James L Burrell Avenue.
On Wednesday, police arrested Ryan Hamilton, 21, of Hempstead, for the murder.
