New Steak And Sushi Restaurant Opening This Week In Garden City
The new restaurant will feature gourmet steaks and seafood, as well as signature cocktails.
This week, Garden City is getting a new restaurant on Franklin Avenue: Primehouse Steaks and Sushi.
Primehouse is the latest restaurant from owner Art Gustafson, who operates Chadwicks and Salsa Mexicana in Rockville Centre. The newest venture will be located at 910 Franklin Ave. (at the corner of Franklin Avenue and 9th Street), and is currently slated for a July 12 grand opening.
The sushi menu features nearly two dozen different types of rolls, and the dinner menu features dry-aged steaks and many different cuts, as well as lavish seafood plates.

There are also daily specials, and simpler fare, like burgers and chicken. The bar menu has pared-down offerings from the kitchen, as well as a selection of unique cocktails.
