Noodles & Company Coming to Gallery at Westbury Plaza

Noodles & Company, serving noodles and pasta dishes from around the world, announced Monday that it will open its first New York restaurant location in the Gallery at Westbury Plaza later on July 31.

Noodles & Company, owned and operated by Doherty Enterprises, Inc., will join Shake Shack, Trader Joe's and The Container Store, among many others, at the year-old Gallery at Westbury Plaza in East Garden City.

Always fresh and made-to order, Noodles & Company's dishes range from healthful to indulgent and spicy to comforting. Favorites include the sweet and spicy Japanese Pan Noodles, savory chicken lettuce wraps, creamy Penne Rosa, zesty Pesto Cavatappi and rich Wisconsin Mac and Cheese.

To complement each dish, Noodles & Company also serves wines from around the world and beers from down the block.

“We are pleased to announce the opening of the first Noodles and Company location in New York,” said Ed Choe, president of Doherty Enterprises. “Every dish is customizable to please even the pickiest eaters with numerous choices combined at the guest’s request. We look forward to serving the people of Westbury, Long Island and the surrounding areas.” 

Doherty Enterprises plans to open more than 20 Noodles & Company locations throughout Long Island. The company has begun the process to hire approximately 60 local team members to staff its new location at The Gallery at Westbury Plaza, but is still looking to hire more staff for the location.

Noodles & Company’s East Garden City location will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
