Police ID Man Shot To Death In Hempstead

Police say 25-year-old Trendabi Reid was murdered last Friday. Anyone with information is asked to come forward.

HEMPSTEAD, NY — Nassau County police have identified a man who was murdered in Hempstead on Friday.

According to police, detectives found Trendabi Reid, 25, of Uniondale, shot to death on James L Burrell Avenue at 5:40 p.m. on May 7.

Police ask anyone with information about his murder to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
