Richard Gertler has joined Davidoff Hutcher & Citron as a partner in its Commercial Litigation Group. He will work out of the firm’s Garden City, Long Island office. Mr. Gertler will continue his litigation practice, which focuses in the areas of commercial and bankruptcy litigation, business law, corporate governance, and commercial real estate. Mr. Gertler comes to the firm from Thaler Gertler, LLP, where he was a founding and managing partner.
