GOWANUS, BROOKLYN — Are you looking for a hotel that has that never-been-lived-in feel? You're in luck, because the Gowanus Inn & Yard is up for sale. Cushman & Wakefield has listed the property, as previously reported by DNAinfo, though no asking price has been provided.

The real estate listing emphasizes stand-out attributes of the 645 Union St. property, which has yet to open: 76 furnished rooms, 1,500 square feel of retail space, and a rooftop bar that's 2,650 square feet.

"Gowanus Inn & Yard presents an attractive opportunity to immediately capitalize on the thriving Gowanus submarket," the realtor notes. "The building has dedicated commercial space with approved alcohol and music permits with the ability to serve as late as 4 a.m."

A booking website for the hotel run by Choice Hotels International lauds the future site's "industrial contemporary design, exclusive curated art," and "handcrafted cocktails."

"Treat yourself to bliss in your guest room, which features amenities like a flat-screen TV and hair dryer," the listing reads.

In 2013, Politico reported that restaurateur Matt Abramcyk and developer Alec Shtromandel were both connected to the hotel project. According to DNAinfo, the property sold for $2,533,400 in 2012.
