New Citi Bike Stations Up and Running in Gowanus and Red Hook

The first of many planned Citi Bike stations in Gowanus and Red Hook are now online. Here's a list of where they're active.

GOWANUS and RED HOOK, BROOKLYN — The great Citi Bike roll-out of 2016 has officially begun in Gowanus and Red Hook.

A group of new neighborhood docking stations are now stocked with bikes, the first of many that will be activated in the area by the end of the year.

You can see all active Citi Bike locations using the system's online station map, but here are the addresses of several that have come online this week:

An annual Citi Bike membership costs $155, but public housing residents and members of some Community Development Credit Unions can join for $60. Additionally, IDNYC holders can get $15 off their first year's membership.
