NOTICE OF TENTATIVE COMPLETION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL

Pursuant to Sections 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law:

Notice is hereby given that the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Red Hook is complete, and a copy thereof is available at the Town Clerk’s Office.  The Roll may also be viewed online at https://redhook.org/149/Assessors-Office and www.dutchessny.gov

The Tentative roll will not be posted until May 1st

Notice is hereby given that the Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Red Hook on the following days: 

May 3, 2021 9am-2pm by phone appointment only

May 5, 2021 9am-2pm by phone appointment only

May 10, 2021 9am-2pm by phone appointment only

May 12, 2021 9am-2pm by phone appointment only 

(Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the Assessor is available for appointment by phone only.  Please call the office at 845-758-4604 to schedule an appointment, if needed.)

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Assessment Review for the Town of Red Hook will meet to hear and examine all properly filed complaints in relation to assessments of Real Property on May 25, 2021 from 4 pm - 6 pm and 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm.  GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE IS BY PHONE AND ZOOM ONLY. 

 Contact the Town Assessor’s Office prior to May 25th to schedule an appointment.

(Due to Covid-19 restrictions, property owners needing to grieve their 2021 tentative assessment are strongly encouraged to submit their grievance application and supporting documentation to the Town Assessor prior to May 25th by mail, addressed to Assessor, 7340 S. Broadway, Red Hook, NY 12571.
