Patch got to take a look inside 363 Bond St.
GOWANUS, BROOKLYN — A new luxury housing development in Gowanus is now open, and Patch got a sneak peak inside.
The apartment building at 363 Bond St., just on the west side of the canal's edge, is open for business. Prices start at nearly $2,500 for a studio and run up to about $5,500 for a two-bedroom apartment in the building chock full of amenities.
