Cops Use Mobile Billboard to Help Find Killer

Ads announce reward money for information leading to arrest in armed robberies and man who killed Jericho gas station attendant, police say.

A mobile billboard driven throughout Nassau County is designed to help Nassau Police find the man they say robbed at gunpoint a string of gas stations and convenience stores, including one on Jan. 28 in which an attendant was killed in Jericho, officials said.

A $10,000 reward is being offered for information on the robberies, and $25,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the person responsible for the murder of Hany Awad at the BP gas station on Jericho Turnpike in Jericho, police said.
