Great Neck South Junior Places 1st in Food Marketing Competition
Azim Keshwami was honored for his first place finish at the DECA International Career Development Conference.

Azim Keshwami, a junior at Great Neck South High School, was invited to Town Hall on Aug. 12 to be honored for his first place finish in Food Marketing at the DECA International Career Development Conference in Atlanta, G.A.
North Hempstead Town Councilwoman Lee Seeman, Supervisor Judi Bosworth and the Town Board honored Keshwami with a certificate of recognition from the Town of North Hempstead.
DECA is an organization that fosters emerging leaders in marketing, finance and management from high schools and colleges worldwide. Keshwami’s project involved a role-play activity concerning food marketing which he had ten minutes to solve.
