Village Day Fall Festival at Sands Point Preserve Set for Sunday
Fresh Guggenheim Estate Honey will be for sale at the Sept. 27 festival, which offers plenty of outdoor activities for all ages.

Celebrate autumn at the Village Day Fall Festival on Sunday, Sept. 27, at Sands Point Preserve. You’ll find pure Guggenheim Estate Golden Honey and farm-fresh treats for sale, along with pony rides overlooking the Long Island Sound, pumpkin painting, and much, much more.
An annual tradition, Village Day offers a host of outdoor activities for all ages. Families can enjoy a petting zoo as well as hayrides around the Great Lawn. And the Bach to Rock student bands will provide entertainment throughout the day.
For chefs of all ages, a green grocer will sell artisanal cheeses and farm-picked vegetables. DiMaggio’s pizza and other refreshments will also be available for purchase.

Pure Guggenheim Estate Golden Honey for sale is produced on the Preserve, and has been harvested in time for the fair. This fresh, local honey is drawn from the bees that spent the summer pollinating the flowers and natural woods across the Preserve’s 216 acres.
Village Day Fall Festival is Sunday, Sept. 27 from 12-5 p.m. The rain date is Oct. 5. Admission to the fair is $20 per car; $10 for members.

Friends of the Sands Point Preserve is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with the mission to protect and preserve the 216-acre waterfront grounds and historic mansions and to provide a range of cultural arts events and educational programs for families and schools in the Phil Dejana Learning Center and Outdoor Classroom.
