HARLEM, NY — A man was hospitalized after being stabbed for confronting a subway flasher in Harlem, police said.

A 40-year-old woman was riding a northbound 3 train on July 12 when another passenger on the train exposed himself to her as the train pulled into the 135th Street and Lenox Avenue station, police said.

When both the flasher and the women exited the train at the station, the woman pointed out the creep to a male friend, police said. The friend confronted the flasher, setting off a violent fight in which he was stabbed twice in the head and once in the arm, an NYPD spokesperson said.
