2 Men Throw Merchandise Around Suffolk Gas Station: SCPD

Police say they damaged items in a Sunoco. Have you seen them?

HAUPPAUGE, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding the two men who police say damaged items at a Hauppauge gas station in August.

Two men entered the Sunoco at 360 Wheeler Road on Aug. 31 around 8:30 p.m. and knocked items off the counter, police said. The men also picked up food and drinks from the shelves and threw them around the store, police said. They are wanted on charges of criminal mischief.

Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, texting "SCPD" and your message to "CRIMES" (274637) or by email at www.tipsubmit.com. A cash reward of up to $5,000 is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
