Middle School Spirit Week, Election Day This Week in Hauppague

Good morning Hauppauge. 

It will be a mostly sunny start to the week with temperatures in the mid 50's and warming up to the mid 60's on Wednesday.

Here's what's on tap around town this week: 

Long Island Restaurant Week 
Some of the finest restaurants on Long Island and the East End will serve $27.95 prix fixe meals beginning Sunday when the annual Long Island Restaurant week kicks off. More than 150 restaurants are participating in the event, which runs until Nov. 10.

Election Day
Tuesday is Election Day. Stick with Patch for our Voter's Guide, which will give you a run down on all the local candidates.

• It's spirit week for the middle school this week with spirit nigh happening from  7:00-9:00 pm at the high school on Friday night. 

• There will be a 15 minute early dismissal drill on Friday for all Hauppauge schools.
