John Corso, DVM, Joins Towne Line Veterinary Group in Hauppauge

John Corso, DVM, is proud to announce joining the veterinarian team at Towne Line Veterinary

Group in Hauppauge, NY, effective March 1, 2020. He brings over 14 years of pet care and a wealth of knowledge in surgical experience and internal medicine to his new location. A graduate of Hofstra University (BS), Cornell University School of Veterinary Medicine (Clinical Training) and earning his doctorate from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, he continues his medical education and training in the latest procedures, dentistry and critical care.

“I always look to provide the best care and service for my patients. Every animal I treat is comparable to caring for my own pet. Attention to detail and speaking and listening to pet owners is critical to diagnosing issues. I’m also very excited to work in a facility that has state-of-the-art equipment, which is imperative in this industry,” said Dr Corso.

Dr. Corso is a member of the Long Island Veterinary Medical Association, NY State Veterinary Medical Society, American Veterinary Medical Association and accredited with the United States Department of Agriculture/Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Veterinary Services, NY and the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets Division of Animal Industry, NY.

A Smithtown native, Dr. Corso's childhood pets included dogs, cats, horses, ferrets, goats, turtles and exotic birds. His early love of animals and hands-on experience in caring for his pets nurtured his passion to become a veterinarian. Dr. Corso still resides in Smithtown with his wife of 15 years, their three sons, and one dog and two cats, their much-loved pets.
