Man Hits Parked Car In Suffolk, Drives Off: Police

The man is wanted for leaving the scene, police say.

ISLANDIA, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding the man who police say was involved in a hit-and-run in Islandia in February.

A man was driving a gray sedan in the parking lot of Jake's 58 Hotel & Casino, at 3635 Express
Drive North, when police said he hit a parked 2020 Nissan Altima at 10 a.m. Feb. 15. The man then drove off, police said.

Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, texting "SCPD" and your message to "CRIMES" (274637) or by email at www.tipsubmit.com. A cash reward of up to $5,000 is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
