ISLANDIA, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding the man who stole items from an Islandia store in July.

A man stole more than $425 worth of goods from Stop & Shop, located at 1730 Veterans Memorial Highway, on July 27 around 9:10 p.m., police said.

Police ask anyone with information about the theft to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, texting "SCPD" and your message to "CRIMES" (274637) or by email at www.tipsubmit.com. A cash reward of up to $5,000 is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
