Music Celebs Record Album to Benefit Long Island Cares
Proceeds will benefit The Harry Chapin Food Bank.

Heart, Melissa Etheridge and Jackson Browne are just a few of the artists that recorded a 19-track album that will benefit food banks in Long Island, Buffalo and Cleveland.
The album, titled “Tunes 4 Food: Redemption Day” is slated to be released just after Thanksgiving on Nov. 26. The $10 album will be sold in stores around Buffalo, Long Island Cares and on eBay. One-third of the proceeds will go to The Harry Chapin Food Bank in Hauppauge.
"We're very proud to have been selected as one of three food banks to benefit from the proceeds of this CD," said Paule Pachter, Long Island Cares' Executive Director in a statement.
