Redesign Phase Complete For Hauppauge Residential Project

HAUPPAUGE, NY — The creative redesign of Renaissance Hills, a 656-unit affordable luxury residential complex in Hauppauge, has been completed by Mark Design Studios, a Hicksville-based architecture firm, according to a news release. The improvements are set to break ground in the fall.

Mark Design Studios undertook a $2.5 million redesign of the existing apartments, plus a ground-up vision for the clubhouse, pool, fitness center and other newly-built facilities, for a complete overhaul of the property.

Renaissance Hills is at 1710 Devonshire Road, Hauppauge.

The complex offers two resort-style swimming pools, a sports court, a dog park, an outdoor BBQ and dining area, a playground, and a fitness & wellness room equipped with Matrix equipment. A clubhouse serves as the hub of the complex and sits among park-like, well-lit grounds.

"It’s a pleasure to design a complex like this from the ground up, developing both interior and outdoor spaces and amenities," said Michael Mark, principal of Mark Design Studios Architecture, PC, via news release. "There are many details that go into a project like this that can make or break the residential experience or make it too expensive to be practical. I am especially proud of what our firm has done for the re-imagined multi-family luxury living experience."

Improvements are also planned for the interiors of each apartment, said Joseph I. Kazarnovsky of Renaissance Management Group, Inc. of New Jersey. Furnishings will include quartz countertop, stainless steel appliances and soaking bathtubs.
