Revolve Indoor Cycling Studio In Hauppauge Announces Opening Date
For the owner, opening her first business marks a childhood dream come true.

HAUPPAUGE, NY — Revolve Indoor Cycling Studio in Hauppauge will officially hold its first ride this Saturday. The new small business, at 812 Wheeler Road, marks the launch to the entrepreneurial career of owner Kaitlyn Darienzo. It also fulfills her childhood dream.
Darienzo, 27, has always wanted to own a business. When she was little, her idea was a hair salon with the goal of people feeling great once they leave. While the type of business she wanted changed, her goal for customers would remain the same.
Before opening Revolve, she found herself in-between careers after earning a marketing degree. She became involved in fitness and realized it didn't just help her on the outside; it helped her internally, too. Darienzo, who lives in Port Jefferson Station, would drive all the way to Woodbury to participate in indoor cycling. She then realized a cycling boutique was something Suffolk lacked.

"It will be a gigantic change to Suffolk County, being one of the first boutique indoor cycling studios," Darienzo told Patch. "A lot of people would love it to be in the area. I have a lot of friends and family, so I was like, ‘I can do this.’ I can open one here, and make it my own."
Darienzo chose Hauppauge, citing its "perfect balance of residential and commercial," and began planning. A year later, her dream is about to become reality. She's experienced plenty of doubt, especially at the beginning, though she credits her support system for helping her see it through. Now, with the doors set to open in a matter of days, she feels relief.

"I’ve watched this studio go from a cement slab with no walls to this beautiful space within a year, and it definitely feels more than amazing to call it mine," she said.
Just as cycling helped Darienzo ease her stress, she hopes Revolve will do the same for her customers.
"I hope Revolve Indoor Cycling makes our riders feel so much excitement come class time and leave feeling like they just overcame a gigantic hurdle," she said.
The studio has 48 bicycles and runs on set classes, which can be found on the business's Android and iOS apps, Revolve Studio Ltd. Customers will use the app to view the schedule, reserve a bike in advance and purchase ride packages that come in one, five, 10 or 20. According to the website, each class lasts 45 minutes.
Darienzo said Revolve is geared towards everybody, regardless of age, though anyone under 16 needs parental consent or presence. She believes customers will sign up for stress relief, being part of a group setting or simply getting a full body workout.
While Saturday marks the opening of Revolve Indoor Cycling Studio, Darienzo said she's planning a grand opening by the end of January.
