Snowplow Stolen From Suffolk Ice Rink: Police

Two men stole the snowplow in March, police say. They are wanted for grand larceny.

HAUPPAUGE, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding the two men who police say stole from a Hauppauge ice rink in March.

Two men drove a white two-door Dodge pickup truck to The Rinx at Hidden Pond Park, located at 660 Terry Road, around 10:15 p.m. on March 21, police said. The duo attached an eight-foot snow plow and accessories to the Dodge before driving away, police said. They are wanted for grand larceny.

Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com. A cash reward of up to $5,000 is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
