Apply For Affordable Housing Opportunity In Centerport

Applications will soon be accepted for a single affordable townhouse unit located in the newly-constructed Hilltop Homes development in Centerport.

The sales price for the two-bedroom, one and one-half bath unit is $212,375. To be eligible for the unit, the maximum income is:

• $59,450 for one person
• $67,950 for two persons
• $84,950 for a family of four

Applications will be accepted from May 1 to May 31. Only one Lottery Entry form per family is allowed.

The lottery will be held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday June 13 at Town Hall, located at 100 Main St. in Huntington.

The 9-unit condo site is located on a bluff overlooking Mill Pond on Centershore Road, according to the Select Real Equity website. Mark Walsh and Jeff Dahlman closed on the sale of Hilltop Homes for $1,400,000, the website says.
