Wow House: Sean Hannity's Home Still on The Market

If you’re looking to live on Long Island’s Gold Coast, this Lloyd Neck waterfront estate may be for you.

The custom-built brick colonial, owned by talk show host Sean Hannity, is priced at $3.5 million, according to Zillow, down from $3.6 million as it was listed when it first came on the market as reported in Newsday.

Back in January, Hannity quipped, “I can’t wait to get out of here,” after Gov. Andrew Cuomo said conservatives had “no place in the state of New York.”

On the market for 6.5 months, the home, built In 2001, sits on 2-plus acres on a cul-de-sac In Sea Crest Estates. The estate – with its 10-foot-high ceilings, six fireplaces, four bedrooms and five baths – features a living room with a marble floor and panoramic views of the Long Island Sound. Also included: a gunite pool and direct beach access.
