1 Dead, 1 Hurt In SUV Crash In Nassau County
A 20-year-old woman was killed in a crash in Levittown, police say.
LEVITTOWN, NY — A woman is dead and a man was hurt following an SUV crash early Wednesday in Levittown.
A 20-year-old man was driving a Nissan Pathfinder around 1 a.m. Wednesday on Gardiners Avenue when he left the road and crashed into a tree. The wreck happened near the intersection of Harbor Lane.
The man, who was driving, and his 20-year-old female passenger were taken to a hospital. The woman died after suffering serious trauma injuries, police said.
