4 Injured In Two-Car Crash In Bethpage: Nassau Police

BETHPAGE, NY — Four people suffered minor injuries in a two-car crash in Bethpage on Tuesday, Nassau County police said.

Police said the two cars collided on Wantagh Avenue and Carson Street just before 8 a.m. At least three of the people were transported by police ambulance to area hospitals, police said. Police could not say if the fourth person’s injuries required hospital treatment.

A portion of the crash area was shut down for a short period of time while local firefighters cleaned up fluid leaking from one of the cars, police said.
