Cooking Class: Fermenting and Jarring at the Levittown Public Library. August 11, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.

Join Renato Stafford to learn the art of fermentation, (aides in digestive health), and canning foods, (preserve fresh grown foods.) During the class he will use fresh tomatoes from his garden to create a fresh sauce to taste and preserve.

For more than 20 years Renato Stafford has been passionate about organic vegetable growing, feeding his family and community something he grows everyday all year long. A motivational educator and a dynamic speaker Renato conducts growing workshops teaching old world methods as well as the innovative techniques he has learned and developed.

Register at the Levittown Public Library Reference Desk.  There is a $5.00 fee, check or money order made payable to the Levittown Public Library.
