Firefighters Called To Levittown Home For Strong Burning Smell

LEVITTOWN, NY — Firefighters in Levittown were called to a home overnight for a burning smell.

The Levittown Volunteer Fire Department rushed to Carriage Lane around 11 p.m. Tuesday when the homeowner reported a strong burning odor inside a two-story home.

Crews determined it was from an oil burner. All units returned to their stations just after midnight.
