Pop-Up Vaccine Clinic Coming To Levittown
Make an appointment now to get your first dose of the coronavirus vaccine.
LEVITTOWN, NY — Heart and Health Medical will be holding a pop-up vaccination clinic in Levittown on Thursday.
The medical group will be at St. Bernard's Church, located at 3100 Hempstead Turnpike, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. They will be giving shots of the Moderna vaccine.
In addition, the group will also be doing physical exams, blood pressure checks, EKGs and blood tests. If you've already had your annual physical for 2021, an office visit cost will apply.

After receiving your vaccine, an appointment will be made for the second dose at the Heart and Health Massapequa office.
