Sicilia Risturanti has closed, despite the ads the owner, Domenic, posts on his facebook page telling people to come in for food and drinks. When looking in, the bar is empty, there are still hearts on the windows from Valentine's day, and the ads have been removed from the windows. It is obviously closed.
