Virtual Young LI Voters Candidate Forum To Be Held Thursday

Candidates running for state senator and New York State Assembly with gather for a virtual candidate forum Thursday night.

LEVITTOWN, NY – Candidates running for state senator and New York State Assembly with gather for a virtual candidate forum Thursday night.

Organized by Young Long Island for Justice, local candidates State Senator Kevin Thomas(SD3), State Senator James Gaughran (SD5) and Assembly Candidate Joseph Sackman (AD15) with gather via Zoom at 7 p.m. to answer questions from young voters.

"If we want our elected officials to represent the interests of the young people, we need to ask them the questions that matter to use so they know we are paying attention when we vote," the organizers wrote on Instagram.
