Child Care Council Appoints Two to Board
Lorraine Frangas and Keith Lawlor Join Child Care Council of Suffolk Board of Directors
The Child Care Council of Suffolk is pleased to welcome Lorraine Frangas and Keith Lawlor to the Board of Directors. “We greatly appreciate the diverse skills these new Board members bring to the Child Care Council of Suffolk,” stated CCCS Executive Director Jennifer Rojas.
Lorraine Frangas is an account manager for Ivionics in Hauppauge, New York. She has more than 20 years of experience in the IT field, comprised of hands-on implementation, troubleshooting, managing IT professionals, network solution design and technology direction as well as account management almost exclusively for the not-for-profit sector. Frangas is responsible for the management of her accounts, helping them with their IT budgets and ensuring they are utilizing technology in the most innovative and cost-effective ways as it pertains to each not-for-profit organization. She previously was manager of Long Island Operations at AllSector Technology Group. The Smithtown resident graduated from the University at Albany with a degree in Business Communications.
Keith Lawlor is SVP, regional vice president, for the TD Bank Long Island region. Lawlor primarily is responsible for the leadership, management and coaching of a diverse team that focus on expanding the bank’s recognition in the community through the growth of customers (deposits and loans), while providing additional services such as treasury management, foreign exchange, international and wealth management. He also assists in the strategic and tactical direction with the market and at the corporate level regarding credit, reputation and delivery. Lawlor previously served as senior commercial relationship manager/VP – Middle Market Lending for TD Bank. The Kings Park resident holds an MBA and a BBA in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University.
