LI Man Threw Cocaine Out Window During Police Chase: Cops
BREAKING: He faces numerous charges, State Police say. Just two months ago, he was arrested for allegedly doing the same thing.

A 31-year-old Holtsville man faces numerous charges after he led police on a chase and threw cocaine out of his vehicle on the New York State Thruway upstate Monday night, State Police said.
According to police, troopers attempted to pull over Dominique Davidson for "several vehicle and traffic law violations" in the Town of Bethlehem, just south of Albany, but Davidson fled.
During a pursuit, Davidson was observed throwing items out his car window. Those items were later determined to be cocaine, police said.

After Davidson was taken into custody, he was charged with felony fourth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, obstruction of governmental administration, unlawful fleeing in a motor vehicle, as well as multiple vehicle and traffic law violations. He was arraigned in the Town of Bethlehem and remanded to the Albany County Jail.
Incredibly, just two months ago, Davidson was arrested on the thruway for allegedly doing basically the same thing.
