What if this was my home?
Public Adjuster Allan Jacoby levels the playing field with your Insurance Company

This was a big one. I could hear the sirens of my local fire department racing to potential disaster off in the distance. It was 3 o'clock in the morning so I just rolled over with the intent on getting a few more hours of sleep. The sirens continued and they seemed to get closer and closer. Now I could see the red and blue lights streaming through my bedroom window. It was a house fire and it was just one block away from my home. My neighbors home of well over 20 years was on fire and spreading quickly. The fire department chief had concerns of the fire spreading to the homes on either side of the working fire. Walking up the block I could see my neighbors standing half dressed on the lawn across the street from their home. Words could not describe the pain I felt for them. Then it hit me. What if this was my home? If it could happen here it could happen to any one of the many homes in this neighborhood. Fire, smoke, water damage. All the personal possessions. Years of memories destroyed.
When I finally had the nerve to reach my neighbor all I could offer him was, "I'm sorry." What else could I say? His response floored me. "Thank God I have insurance", he said. Thank God is right. I've known others who have suffered loss of property other than fires, not just residential but commercial property as well. One thing I remember was a friend who after suffering a loss was extremely calm. I remember saying to my wife how it seemed strange to be so calm after such a loss. The reason? Allan Jacoby, a licensed Public Insurance Adjuster.

So the bottom line here is that in the midst of the dark cloud of disaster there is light at the end of the tunnel, as they say. Many do not even know or understand what a Licensed Public Insurance Adjuster does. What they do is take some of the pain away and help in getting things done. Isn't it comforting to know that there is someone who cares. It's Allan's business to care.
Your insurance claims adjuster works for the insurance company. He or she might try to discourage you from hiring a public insurance adjuster. Insurance claim representatives that are afraid to deal with a licensed professional may be a red flag. You should be the only one determining if hiring your own public adjuster makes sense and is worth the cost. Most people that use an experienced public insurance adjuster such as Alan Jacoby will tell you the time saved, stress removed and peace of mind provided when working with an experienced public adjuster is well worth the fee.
