Young woman’s passion for baking turns profitable!

Jennifer Koppelman, and let me start off by saying yes she is my daughter, has always had a passion for baking. In addition to her passion for baking she has always had a passion for making money, but never considered the two would ever intertwine. The recent pandemic, along with the boredom of being home, resulted In the birth of a brand new business… Jenny’s Cookies!

After researching recipes and taste testing products with her nieces and nephews it was suggested that Jennifer offer her amazing cookies to others throughout social media. The results have been overwhelming, but in talking to Jennifer she stated that she would stay up day and night… After working her full-time job to make her dream a reality.

Videos of her customers tasting the cookies for the first time show the response to what a great cookie actually taste like. Jennifer says she puts a little of home-baked, as well as caring about her product into each and every cookie.

I’m proud of my daughter and her entrepreneurial spirit. Some will say that I’m writing this article simply because she’s my daughter. Believe me if I didn’t believe in her and her cookies you would not be reading this article right now. In addition what’s so wrong with the father giving his daughter a little publicity where it is warranted.
