LOWER EAST SIDE, NY β€” Parents are fuming after an anti-abortion video was shown to elementary school students at a Lower East Side school, the New York Daily News reported. Weeks after the incident, the principal interviewed kids about the incident and told them not to talk about it, parents alleged to the News.

The video scandal first occurred in March, when a dance teacher showed her elementary students a dramatic anti-abortion video at P.S. 184, or the Shuang Wen School, according to the News.

The video included teenagers acting as if they were fetuses being aborted, saying "it hurts," and "make it stop." The News reported that the climax of the video is when the fetus is aborted.

"She took them out of the classroom, she called them out by name, she had them say they wouldn't tell anyone," Liset Reyes, parent of 10-year-old daughter Shiloh Lee Morales, told the News. Morales said, "I don't really want to be in this school anymore because of what happened."
