Armored Truck Hits Chinatown Pedestrian, Officials Say

CHINATOWN, NY β€” An armored truck struck a pedestrian in Chinatown near Chatham Square Monday afternoon, officials said.

The Brink's armored truck rammed into pedestrian about 2:20 p.m. on Chatham Square and Doyers Street, according to the FDNY and an official.

The person β€” who an official source said suffered a bloodied ear β€” was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, the FDNY said.

The NYPD did not immediately have information about the crash.
