Armored Truck Hits Chinatown Pedestrian, Officials Say
A pedestrian was rushed to Bellevue Hospital after being struck by an armored truck, the FDNY and an official source said.
CHINATOWN, NY — An armored truck struck a pedestrian in Chinatown near Chatham Square Monday afternoon, officials said.
The Brink's armored truck rammed into pedestrian about 2:20 p.m. on Chatham Square and Doyers Street, according to the FDNY and an official.
The person — who an official source said suffered a bloodied ear — was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, the FDNY said.

The NYPD did not immediately have information about the crash.
