Lunar New Year Parade In NYC: Where And When To Watch
Here's your guide to the 2018 Chinese Lunar New Year Parade in Manhattan.

CHINATOWN, NY β One of the biggest events of New York City's Lunar New Year celebration is the massive Chinese New Year Parade, which kicks off on Sunday. Here's everything you need to know about the parade.
When is it? The parade begins at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 25.
Where is it? The parade begins on Mott Street, between Canal Street and Chatham Square and heads toward the Manhattan Bridge before turning east on East Broadway. The route then heads north on Forsyth and Eldridge streets before ending near the Sara D. Roosevelt Park, according to Better Chinatown USA, the parade's organizers.

What's the best way to get there? The closes subway stops to the parade's start include the Canal Street stations, where the N, Q, R, W, 4, 5, 6, and J, Z, lines all stop. The parade ends near Grand Street, where the B and D trains both stop.
What will the parade include? The Chinese New Year parade is one of the biggest spectacles of Chinatown, and of the Lunar New Year in New York City. The parade will include some of the city's more impressive displays of Chinese culture in a route throughout Chinatown and the Lower East Side.
