NYC Subway Delays: J, Z Lines Snarled By Signal Problems
The J and Z lines were experiencing delays during Wednesday morning's commute because of signal problems, the MTA said.

LOWER EAST SIDE, NY β J and Z trains are delayed in both directions during Wednesday's mornings rush hour, the MTA said.
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority said that J and Z trains were experiencing delays in both directions because of signal problems in Brooklyn and in Manhattan.
J and Z trains are delayed in both directions because of signal problems between Bowery and Essex St and between Crescent St and Norwood Av.
