PRSA-NY to Host Virtual Crisis Workshop with Social Simulator
Experts from Columbia University Irving Medical Center and Edelman to Participate

When a crisis hits, communications can function as both the voice of the business community to leaders and customers, as well as a reliable source of relevant information to help businesses make real-time decisions in uncertain times.
The Public Relations Society of New York (PRSA-NY) will hold a Crisis Communications Simulation virtual workshop on Wednesday, October 28 from 5:00-8:00pm ET. The workshop will be led by Social Simulator and provide attendees with new insights to learn the guiding principles of crisis communications in a COVID-19 world.
Whether you're a seasoned or emerging communications professional, the workshop is designed to help you strengthen your skills and establish new relationships across the industry. The virtual crisis simulation will be brought to life with real-world case studies and culminate in an immersive exercise. During the workshop, attendees will work in virtual teams to respond to a real-time escalating scenario using innovative simulation software, before receiving constructive feedback from the session's expert moderators.
