“I wanted to perform on a stage that I had never done and in a city that is known for a tough crowd. It seems to be a trend, if Madonna can do intimate theatres, I thought what better way to kick off this type of series for my fans? I really want to connect with my fans in an intimate way, especially as I will be performing new music for the first time, what better way to do so, plus I have never performed in NYC funny enough,” expresses Gilman.
Off the back of his artist to fan experience gigs, Gilman will be partnering with iHeart Radio
on a national scale by working with them to deliver an 8-week radio show that Gilman will be helming with the launch his first single in early September.

“I have been working very hard to write what I believe are songs that are true to myself for where I stand in life today. Corey Britz has taken my voice to new levels and we have found that chemistry between artist and producer that really has gleaned some great pop tunes! I really hope my fans will agree and the industry will embrace this new sound for me!” quips Gilman.
Britz, who has produced for top artists such as Pink, BUSH, and Eagles and of Death Metal, and is in the current line of up Gavin Rosdale’s BUSH, equally champions Gilman, “Billy has one of the purest voices I’ve ever recorded. World class.”
