OddFellows

Where: 55 E. Houston St., Nolita

What to eat: Ice cream. The Brooklyn-based ice cream shop OddFellows has opened its newest location, Coffee and Cream by OddFellows, on East Houston Street. The shop will include 12 rotating flavors of ice cream, sorbet and soft serve, plus coffee, according to he OddFellows website. OddFellows' rotating roster of flavors has included burnt marshmallow, extra virgin olive oil and Santa's milk and cookies.


Rawsome Treats

Where: 158 Orchard St., Lower East Side

What to eat: Vegan treats. This Lower East Side sweet shop specializes in plant-based, raw treats. Menu items include a raw version of a red velvet cake, made with cashews, dates, pecans, agave, beet juice and other natural ingredients. Rawsome Treats' version of a peanut butter cup is made with cashews, peanut butter, dates, agave, cacao power and more, with no refined sugar and all natural ingredients.

What to eat: Bistrot Leo is the latest restaurant from Rian Loiacono, a former chef at Daniel and Bar Boulud. The restaurant is replacing Sessanta inside the hotel Sixty Soho. The menu includes lamb chops, sea bass and spaghetti.

North River Lobster Company

Where: Pier 81 at West 41st Street and 12th Avenue

What to eat: Lobster, on a boat. North River Lobster Company, which claims to be the city's only floating lobster shack, is open for the season, just in time for the warm weather. The boat-restaurant combo features a new menu of lobster rolls and cocktail specials like "Get Shipfaced!" composed of a paddle of shots.
